ABOUT THE PROJECT

With over 300,000 monthly visits, ComparaOnline’s most important product was Car Insurance receiving over 1,500 quotes from users who were in need of purchasing the best car insurance. With the increasing number of visits through mobile phones, the need of making this landing page responsive and mobile friendly was urgent. We also needed to optimize SEO so we could always be first to appear in car insurance searches.

THE PROBLEM

We needed to build a Landing page that was smart, with relevant information for users searching car insurance, and have an attractive quote form that would keep the current conversion of 25% and increase it.

THE NEW DESIGN

The new design consisted in having the quote form above the fold line that would lead to the second step of the form. Having the email on the first step, we were able to pick up users who would abandon the process with recovery emails. This proved to be very successful.

On the other hand, we designed “widgets” to improve SEO that were easy to personalize and administrate. These widgets included information about the insurance, qualifications based on user feedback and a comparison chart that could be filtered depending on what was more important to the user.
