Hey there! I'm Pia, a passionate product designer with 12 years of experience crafting user-centric solutions.
My career has been primarily focused on the e-commerce world in companies such as Wayfair, designing post-purchase journeys to boost customer satisfaction, Shopify, crafting seamless fulfillment experiences for Shopify merchants in the Logistics division, and now currently, Walmart, contributing to the development of a new enterprise pattern library for the Marketplace Seller Center, streamlining the design system for improved seller interactions.
